Band Bio
Saving Kelly is a fusion of acoustic and electric 80s/90s rock n good ol' roll. Kelly, guitarist/ vocalist, starts with an acoustic guitar and feels out the crowd as the night goes on. To toss in a unique feel. James, percussionist, uses an electric drum pad to fill out the sound, setting the pulse for each song. If the fans demand a drive, Kelly will grab an electric guitar and send the night into overdrive. Saving Kelly adapts their music to the event's needs. Soft and slow or high energy and driven, they will deliver.

MEET THE BAND
KELLY SOCKWELL
Vocalist/ Guitarist
Kelly has been in the local music scene in and out of Victoria, TX for years. She's an avid guitarist and has also dabbled on the bass. She will pick up any instrument she can get her hands on though. In the past she has also played the keyboard, the trombone and the baritone.

In her spare time she likes to work on her artwork, spend time with her family going to the lake or beach, and she also loves going to the bowling alley for a few frames with friends.
JAMES ZAMORA
Percussionist
James has been pounding the drums his whole life. He's played in multiple bands around the Victoria Crossroads area, playing a wide genre of music from Country, Rock, and Christian Worship.

In his spare time he likes to hang out with his family, go out to listen to live music, and play as often as he can.
